Sales Rep Performance |
| Your rep is making cold calls. They
are setting appointments. But there just aren't enough prospects
going the distance. Your rep working hard, but they are not
bringing in the sales. Your rep is setting too high a percentage
of unqualified appointments or the are classifying "drop off
some information" as an appointment. The good news is, you
don't have far to go to get this rep up to where they need to be. |

| Ride along with your rep to see what
is happening on the appointments. Ask the prospect what made them
agree to see you. This will give you great insight into what is
going on. Work with the rep on pre-qualifying prospects. Repeat
this analysis in 30 days. |
