| This rep is trying to succeed, but
lacks the experience or training to effectively turn cold calls
into opportunity. It is important that the situation is addressed
and corrected before the rep becomes frustrated to the point that
they either quit or give up. |

Work one-on-one with the rep to make sure they are comfortable
with what they are saying on the phone or in person. Help them
develop a script and approach that yields better success. Watch
them closely over the next 30 days to make sure they are showing
better results. Repeat this analysis in 30 days. |
